MAREUNROL’S / DETECTIVE – in original way represents new collection of Latvian brand MAREUNROL’S. The collection was created by inspiration of film noir style – classical American detective films from early 1950-ties. That’s how the idea of integrating collection DETECTIVE and film came to the reality.
Short film represents different view of fashion design – its an art, in which people can dress and use it in everyday life.
MAREUNROL’S is a creative union of two artists – Mare Mastina and Rolands Peterkops, who started fashion co-production in 2001. They are contemporary fashion surrealists. They create design, which balance between reality and imagination, and in their works they reconstruct construction of classical cloths, so that in synthesis of this new construction would be possible to create a new picture of arbitrariness.
